Andrew Stenberg is a trained Ayurvedic practitioner who specializes in Nadi Vigyan (pronounced “Na-dee Vig-yaan”) translated as “the science of pulse.” It is a diagnostic technique used in Ayurveda, where the practitioner assesses a person’s health by feeling the radial pulse on the wrist. Andrew will show us how we can take our own pulse, which has great benefit for understanding and improving our health.
