Pratiquer la Méditation Transcendantale en groupe peut amplifier votre expérience\, en créant un environnement plus harmonieux et en vous encourageant à développer une routine de méditation régulière. \nEn synchronisant notre pratique de la MT\, nous pouvons contribuer à créer une vague de calme intérieur et extérieur et apporter une contribution positive à la période difficile que nous traversons.
