When we transcend with other people, we see even more coherence during meditation, so group meditations are a great way to speed up your growth towards higher states of consciousness!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>The TM Essentials<\/b> are a series of classes on Wednesday evenings ideally taken during the first month of practice for new meditators. They&rsquo;re also great for longer-term meditators who want to refresh or strengthen their practice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The sessions start <b>every Wednesday at 6:45pm<\/b> with a 20 min group meditation, followed by time to share experiences and ask questions.
