They discuss the concepts of calm, pressure, and progress as it relates to the significant neurophysiological and psychological improvements gained through the regular practice of TM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They will comment on a video where Maharishi gives his insight that for maximum progress in our life, dynamic activity supported by silence is required \u2014 not passive calmness.
