The whole day is designed to give you the utmost in relaxation, setting you up to return to your daily activities with renewed energy, vitality, and resilience.<\/p>\n<p>TM Day Retreats give you a taste of a Weekend Retreat, where you&rsquo;ll get to experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional rounds of group TM practice.<\/li>\n<li>Lessons in Maharishi Yoga Asanas and Pranayama breathing exercises, which are designed to complement your TM practice.<\/li>\n<li>Insightful knowledge sessions, workshops, and discussions.<\/li>\n<li>A delicious vegetarian lunch with fellow course participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether you want to establish a better routine, accelerate your growth, or fully maximize the benefits of TM in your daily life, even a single day at a Retreat can lead to remarkable breakthroughs in your TM practice.<\/p>\n<p>Many participants find themselves amazed by the transformative impact that even just one day at a Retreat can have on you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TM Day Retreat Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8:00 &#8211; 8:15 am Arrival. Please make every effort to be on time.<\/p>\n<p>8:15 &#8211; 8:30 am Orientation<\/p>\n<p>8:30 &#8211; 12:00 pm Morning program (includes extra TM meditations, refresher and knowledge, and group meditation)<\/p>\n<p>12:00 &#8211; 2:00 pm Lunch, Walk &amp; Talk<\/p>\n<p>2:00 &#8211; 5:30 pm Afternoon program (includes knowledge videos and discussion as well as afternoon TM program)<\/p>\n<p>Your course leader will be Dianne Field (dfield@tm.org, 647-292-7534)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>$108 plus tax<\/p>\n<p>The course fee includes the full day of TM and knowledge, plus lunch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T<\/strong><strong>ransportation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>There is a bus going along Burnhamthorpe to Central Parkway W, and we are also right across from the Erindale GO, but there is limited service on Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to wear:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please bring indoor and outdoor clothing.<\/p>\n<p>Indoor &#8211; casual stretchy\/comfy clothing, so it\u2019s easy to practice the asanas ( yoga exercises).<\/p>\n<p>Outdoor &#8211; warm clothing suitable for walking outside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket to lie on; otherwise, you\u2019ll be on the bare carpet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga Asanas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to watch a <a title=\"https:\/\/ca.tm.org\/meditators\/asanas\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ca.tm.org\/meditators\/asanas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc\">Maharishi Yoga Asanas demonstration<\/a> before the start of the retreat.
