Rooted in Maharishi&rsquo;s Vedic science, this project helps women unlock their full potential\u2014mentally, physically, and economically:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inner Growth: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The women learn Transcendental Meditation and its advanced programs to reduce stress and enhance creativity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Health and Wellness: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They receive prevention-oriented wellness training to improve health and prevent illness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sustainable Economic Development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: They are taught valuable skills in organic farming, food processing, and small businesses to elevate their standard of living.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alison and her colleagues have improved the lives of over 40,000 women by establishing community centers across numerous Himalayan villages. These vibrant hubs offer education, collective meditation, skills training, and business experience. Ali holds a bachelor&rsquo;s and master&rsquo;s degree in Maharishi Vedic Science, an MBA, and a doctorate in Supreme Political Science. Since 2007, she has worked full-time for the TM organization, creating groups and courses around the world, including numerous initiatives in India since 2013.
