Intended for new meditators, but open to everyone, this meeting is to help support you with your TM regularity and how to develop “Super Habits”. We will play a video of Dr. Tony Nader, head of the global TM organization, sharing five “hacks” you can use to maintain twice-daily practice. A « My TM Habit Worksheet” will be available to all who attend.
Starts with a 20 minute group meditation.
