Join us each week for a Deep Dive — Group TM & Knowledge session at the Toronto TM Centre.

The group meditation begins promptly at 5:30 pm, with participants from our preceding TM Essentials class.

After the knowledge session, stay to enjoy some tea and refreshments. It’s a great opportunity to connect with our community of meditators.
