DESCRIPTION:With TM Teacher Dianne Field. \nWe all aspire to a healthy\, happy\, and dynamic life in our senior years. Maharishi Ayurveda has recommendations for each phase of life\, based on the dominant doshas in our physiology. \nAs infants and children\, Kapha dosha dominates. Next as young adults and as we establish our careers and have our own families\, Pitta dosha dominates. The third stage of life is when Vata dosha begins to dominate — generally around 50-60 years of age. \nDuring this period\, Maharishi Ayurveda emphasizes changes in lifestyle to provide relief from the changes associated with aging that can wear us down. \nIn this video with Vaidya Dinesh Gyawali\, you’ll learn about the three stages of life: childhood\, adolescence to middle age\, and old age — and principles to promote greater health and happiness during our third act\, to make them truly our golden years. \nBegins with a 20-minute group TM. \nJoin Session \nPassword required to join this session.
