DESCRIPTION:This session is an integral part of mastering the technique and practice of TM. \nEvery TM practitioner should attend this session early in their practice to have the critical understanding of how to prevent inserting effort and unnaturalness into the TM technique. \nThis session is only offered in person with a Certified TM Teacher and includes the following: \n\nA detailed discussion of our growing body of experiences in the light of the primary driver of transcending\nA video with Maharishi explaining aspects of forces of nature involved inside our TM practice and outside in our personal growth and evolution\nA full 20 minute group TM\nThis session helps shatter any inclination towards individual inception\, interference\, or effort in our TM technique. And helps us spontaneously live a life more in accord with all the laws of nature.\n\nBe sure to attend this Essentials session.

Come join us for a group meditation and knowledge session at the Toronto TM Centre on July 7th where Ashia Fredeen\, Canada’s newest TM Teacher\, shares her experiences from her five month Teacher Training Course in Thailand. \nAshia will talk about how her experiences in her TM practice led her to becoming a TM Teacher\, which includes her time as a student at Maharishi International University in Fairfield\, Iowa. She’ll also share some pictures and stories from her Teacher Training Course in Thailand and talk about how becoming a TM Teacher is one of the best ways to accelerate your own personal growth of Consciousness. \nGroup Meditation starts at 5:30PM with the knowledge session starting at 6:00PM.

SUMMARY:Advanced Techniques Course — Toronto TM Centre
DESCRIPTION:The TM Advanced Techniques Program offers four techniques to enrich your experience and accelerate your personal progress. \nThrough the regular practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique\, you become familiar with the experience of pure consciousness. With the Advanced Techniques\, you can go even further\, experiencing finer levels of thought and perception. As a result\, your perception becomes more enriched\, and your thoughts and actions become more powerful\, leading to greater fulfillment of your desires in daily life. \nFour Advanced Techniques are offered in a sequence developed by Maharishi. The first Advanced Technique is specifically designed to accelerate growth to higher states of consciousness\, utilizing the time of sleep to support the development of enlightenment. The following three Advanced Techniques are incorporated into your TM practice. \nIf you are beginning the Advanced Techniques program\, you will receive the Night Technique instruction on Saturday evening with a checking session on Sunday morning. \nThose continuing their course will receive instruction on Saturday afternoon\, with a checking session on Sunday afternoon. \nEmail David Shaw at dshaw@tm.org to register.
