DESCRIPTION:With TM Teacher Andy Guest. \nJoin us for an important and thought-provoking session on TM’s profound and unique effect on chronic stress — and the surprising benefits on future generations. \nIn this recorded presentation\, Dr Guy-Paul Gagné\, a distinguished obstetrician/gynecologist and educator\, will explore the scientific research that exposes chronic stress as a “silent pandemic\,” causing significant harm to individual and societal health and behaviour. \nGain a deeper understanding of the extraordinary influence of TM on the body and mind\, and its ability to both prevent and reverse the detrimental effects of stress\, including the epigenetic protection of future generations. \nDr Gagné is a medical doctor and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
