SUMMARY:Experience Circle — Exploring Ordinary Experiences of an Extraordinary Nature
DESCRIPTION:With TM Teachers Mark McCooey & Anne-Mareike Chu. \nOur monthly Experience Circle provides a platform for TM practitioners to share their journeys toward growth\, inner peace\, and higher states of consciousness. By learning from each other’s experiences\, we can accelerate our progress and continue to evolve. \nWe begin our session by interviewing TM practitioners who have experiences in the direction of Higher States of Consciousness so that their words might trigger a resonance with our own experiences\, which\, at times\, can seem too abstract to understand fully. \nAfter our chat with our guest\, we will enjoy conversations with our Zoom participants about their experiences in a “circle format\,” going from one person to another for a brief insight into their current experiences. \nThrough this shared experience\, we can gain inspiration\, insight\, and motivation to continue on our journey toward higher states of consciousness. \nWhat one of our zoom participants has said about the Experience Circle: \n“What I like about the Experience Circle sessions is the simple\, direct descriptions of Higher States from everyday people that I respect; and not theoretical descriptions that sometimes seem so far out of reach.” \nClick on the button below to join the session on Sunday\, November 30th\, at 2pm Eastern/ 11 am Pacific for the next instalment of our monthly series. \nBegins with a 20-minute group \nJoin Session \nPassword required to join this session. Access these sessions with the Zoom password provided to you by email from tmevents@tm.org. \nDear friends of the Experience Circle\,\n\nWe are excited to invite you to a new experiment in deepening our collective exploration of Higher States of Consciousness.\n\nFor two to three weeks in November\, we will form a small group of 12 participants who will meet once a week via Zoom for 60–90 minutes. This format is designed to encourage open dialogue and meaningful connection.\n\nFormat\nEach session will feature 4 participants sharing their experiences\, guided by questions from course leaders Mark and Anne-Mareike. The format will be conversational and designed to support a natural\, free-flowing exchange.\n\nEach of the 4 participants will have approximately 15 minutes to share.\nThe final 30 minutes of each session will be devoted to group discussion and reflection on the points raised.\n\nOver the 3-week cycle\, everyone in the group will have a turn to share.\nThis small-group format is meant to foster:\n\nA sense of peer connection—everyone in the session is sharing equally\nA safe\, supportive space to explore profound and personal experiences\n\nOur past experience suggests that these small groups naturally develop a warm\, collegial atmosphere where participants feel increasingly at ease with one another.\nIn the fourth week\, all small groups will rejoin the larger Experience Circle for the monthly community gathering.\n\nInterested in Joining?\nIf you’d like to participate\, please send an email to experiencecircle@tm.org with:\n\nYour interest in joining a small group\nHow many Experience Circle sessions you’ve previously attended\nYour preferred month ( November\, or January)\n\nIf interest exceeds available spots for a given month\, we may ask you to participate in a later group — thank you in advance for your understanding.\n\nWe hope this new format will bring even greater openness\, insight\, and support to the sharing of our precious experiences.
