SUMMARY:World Meditation Day - The world’s largest group meditation
DESCRIPTION:The United Nations General Assembly has designated December 21 as WORLD MEDITATION DAY. \nTake part in the world’s longest and largest publicly broadcast collective meditation by meditating on Sunday\, December 21 at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time. Together we will create a continuous 33-hour wave of meditation\, beginning at 8:00 am in New Zealand and concluding after the 5:00 pm meditation in Hawaii. \nJoin us at the Montréal TM Centre to celebrate this World Meditation Day!  Your friends and/or family members are welcome.  TM-Sidhis practitioners may continue their programme after the group meditation. \nGroup meditations will begin at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The building is locked on weekends. We will be in the lobby to greet you until 7:30 in the morning. Those who practice TM-Sidhis can continue their program after the group meditation. \nIn the afternoon\, you are all invited to the centre from 3 p.m. to enjoy tea and refreshments.
