DESCRIPTION:Led by Maharishi International University faculty. \nLearn Maharishi Yoga Asanas and Pranayama to promote the integration of mind\, body\, and spirit. \nDesigned to be practiced before your Transcendental Meditation\, Yoga Asanas are a gentle series of postures to complement your meditation. They help to remove stress\, strengthen flexibility\, improve health\, and prepare your body for TM. \nPranayama\, a breathing exercise\, helps to settle the body and mind for an even deeper TM experience. \nIn this class you will learn: \n\nMaharishi Yoga Asana postures\nPranayama\, deep breathing exercises\nHow to integrate Asanas and Pranayama into your daily routine\n\nWhether you’re completely new to yoga or an advanced practitioner\, this class will give you the instruction you need to add the Maharishi Yoga Asanas to your TM routine.  \nRequirements: \n\nInstruction in Transcendental Meditation\nComfortable sports or yoga clothes\nA yoga mat or thick blanket\nA settled environment\n\nThis 1-hour class will be followed by a 20-minute online group TM \nAt this time\, this class is being offered as a free service. \n► Register here \nWatch a recording here.
