Each session will feature a group meditation\, an opportunity to ask questions about your practice\, and an inspiring video followed by discussion.\n\n\nTopic: Refresher Session\n\n\nAre you looking to revitalize your Transcendental Meditation practice? Our TM Refresher Classes are the perfect opportunity to deepen your understanding of TM and get back on track if you’ve fallen out of a consistent meditation routine. \nOur Refresher Classes include a comprehensive review of the dos and don’ts of TM and provide you with a solid foundation to ensure you practice correctly and regularly. \nIn addition to reviewing fundamental TM principles\, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and receive personalized guidance to enhance your practice. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you there! \nNo registration required\, just drop in!
