DESCRIPTION:On 6 December 2024\, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed the 21st of December as WORLD MEDITATION DAY. \nTo commemorate this very first ever World Meditation Day\, you are warmly invited to practice your Transcendental Meditation this Saturday at 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and help create a historic 32-hour world meditation\, starting at 8:00 am in New Zealand and ending with the 5:00 pm meditation in Hawaii. \nYou can also join the group meditation at the TM Centre in Montreal at 2.15pm to celebrate the first World Meditation Day together. \nYour TM Montréal Team
