DESCRIPTION:Get Inspired and Refresh Your TM Practice!\nWith Deboragh Varnel\, Certified TM Teacher \nYou are warmly invited to attend an in-person TM Refresher course on Thursday\, October 17 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. \nThe session will take place at the Tri-City Business Centre\, 2850 Shaughnessy St. in Port Coquitlam. \nWhat is a TM Refresher Course?\nA Refresher Course is a comprehensive\, single-session review of the four-day TM course\, including the do’s and don’ts of how to meditate correctly; an understanding of the many experiences that can occur during TM practice; get answers to all your questions regarding your TM practice and daily routine; and experience how to effortlessly settle into your TM meditation again in a 10-minute group TM checking. \nGet Back on Track With Your TM Practice\nThis beneficial course is an especially good idea if you haven’t been able to practice your TM program regularly. \nA thorough review makes a big difference for many meditators–ensuring effortless and effective meditation–and that makes a TM refresher one of the most valuable services we can provide.
