Our TM Refresher Classes are the perfect opportunity to deepen your understanding of TM and get back on track if you’ve fallen out of a consistent meditation routine. \nOur Refresher Classes include a comprehensive review of the dos and don’ts of TM and provide you with a solid foundation to ensure you practice correctly and regularly. \nIn addition to reviewing fundamental TM principles\, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and receive personalized guidance to enhance your practice. The session includes a full 10-minute group TM session.
