During the TM Retreat, you can experience a level of rest and rejuvenation that goes beyond what daily life typically allows.

It’s an excellent opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and dedicate yourself to getting maximum rest.

Course Overview

  • Deep rest and profound experiences through an extended TM program.
  • Engaging and inspiring knowledge sessions on Consciousness and Ayurvedic principles — more than dietary models — behavioural workshops; learning and creating healthier habits
  • Instruction in Yoga Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Delicious home-style meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch.

LOGISTICS:

Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre is located directly across from Niagara Falls itself, and although sometimes the trees camouflage the falls, we can hear the falls and feel the refreshing air that it generates.

Each person will have their own private room with a full bathroom. Most beds are twin size. There are a few rooms with full size beds. Early registrants get first choice, by request, as available.

Note: Mount Carmel’s policy: rates are per person, not per room. i.e. there is no discount for doubling up. As a TM Retreat is structured for deepest possible rest, it is recommended that couples take advantage of this situation and occupy two rooms.

Home-made vegetarian meals made by experienced kitchen staff famous for their good food. Special dietary requirements are available by advance request.
