You will also learn how to develop “Super Habits”. We will play a video of Dr. Tony Nader, head of the global TM organization, sharing five “hacks” you can use to maintain twice-daily practice. A “My TM Habit Worksheet” will be available to all who attend.

This session will be particularly helpful for new and returning TM practitioners – and a great refresher for long-time practitioners.
