Our one-day TM retreats provide a supportive and nurturing environment for you to deepen your TM experience, gain profound knowledge about meditation, and experience deep rest and revitalization.

  • Extended Group TM Practice: Deepen your meditation experience with longer meditation sessions throughout the day.
  • Introduction to Yoga Asanas and Pranayama: Learn gentle yoga postures and breathing exercises that complement your TM practice.
  • Refresher on Core TM Principles: Reconnect with the fundamentals of TM and deepen your understanding of your practice.
  • Delicious Vegetarian Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and healthy vegetarian meal. Gluten free options.
  • Knowledge talks on a special theme with guest presenters
