Course Schedule:

8:00 – 8:15 am Arrival. Please make every effort to be on time.

8:15 – 8:30 am Orientation

8:30 – 12:00 pm Morning program (includes extra TM meditations, refresher and knowledge, and group meditation)

12:00 – 2:00 pm Lunch, Walk & Talk

2:00 – 5:30 pm Afternoon program (includes knowledge videos and discussion as well as afternoon TM program)

Course fee:

$108 plus tax

The course fee includes the full day of TM and knowledge plus lunch.

Transportation:

A five-minute walk from the Broadway City Hall Skytrain Station. There are also multiple bus lines running on Broadway and Cambie Street.

Parking:

You can park at the parkade called The Rise located at 8th & Yukon.

What to wear:

Please bring with you indoor and outdoor clothing.

Indoor – casual stretchy/comfy clothing, so it’s easy to practice the asanas (yoga exercises).

Outdoor – warm clothing suitable for walking outside.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket to lie on if available.

Yoga Asanas:
