TM Day Retreat – Mississauga TM Centre

If it feels like it’s been too long or you’re simply seeking more from your TM, join us at our TM Day Retreat on Saturday, April 6, at either the Mississauga TM Centres.
Think of it as the ultimate staycation: an opportunity to get deep rest and amplify the benefits of your daily TM practice.
TM Day Retreats give you a taste of a Weekend Retreat, where you’ll get to experience:
- Additional rounds of group TM practice.
- Lessons in Maharishi Yoga Asanas and Pranayama breathing exercises, which are designed to complement your TM practice.
- Refreshers and discussion on the fundamentals of TM.
- A delicious and healthy vegetarian lunch with fellow course participants.
- Insightful knowledge sessions, workshops, and discussions.
Whether you want to establish a better routine, accelerate your growth, or fully maximize the benefits of TM in your daily life, even a single day at a Retreat can lead to remarkable breakthroughs in your TM practice

TM Day Retreat Schedule
8:00 – 8:15 am Arrival. Please make every effort to be on time.
8:15 – 8:30 am Orientation
8:30 – 12:00 pm Morning program (includes extra TM meditations, refresher and knowledge, and group meditation)
12:00 – 2:00 pm Lunch, Walk & Talk
2:00 – 5:30 pm Afternoon program (includes knowledge videos and discussion as well as afternoon TM program)

Course fee:
$108 plus tax
The course fee includes the full day of TM and knowledge, plus lunch.
Transportation:
There is a bus going along Burnhamthorpe to Central Parkway W, and we are also right across from the Erindale GO, but there is limited service on Saturdays.
What to wear:
Please bring indoor and outdoor clothing.
Indoor – casual stretchy/comfy clothing, so it’s easy to practice the asanas ( yoga exercises).
Outdoor – warm clothing suitable for walking outside.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket to lie on; otherwise, you’ll be on the bare carpet.
Yoga Asanas:
We strongly encourage you to watch a Maharishi Yoga Asanas demonstration before the start of the retreat. For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your hosting teachers.
