Immerse yourself in the rest and rejuvenation of a weekend TM retreat, all within a single day. Experience extended meditation sessions, enlightening knowledge talks, and a delicious meal shared with fellow participants.
Here’s what awaits you at our next TM Day Retreat:
- Extended Group TM Practice: Deepen your meditation experience with longer meditation sessions throughout the day.
- Introduction to Yoga Asanas and Pranayama: Learn gentle yoga postures and breathing exercises that complement your TM practice.
- Refresher on Core TM Principles: Reconnect with the fundamentals of TM and deepen your understanding of your practice.
- Delicious Vegetarian Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and healthy vegetarian meal.
- Knowledge topics on a special theme: TM Advanced Techniques teachers, David Shaw and Dianne Field, will give an insightful talk on the Advanced Technique Program, featuring special videos by Maharishi and Dr. Tony Nader, MARR.
The session will also provide the prerequisite for enrolling in the Advanced Techniques program.

Course Schedule:
8:00 – 8:15 am Arrival. Please make every effort to be on time.
8:15 – 8:30 am Orientation
8:30 – 12:00 pm Morning program (includes extra TM meditations, refresher and knowledge, and group meditation)
12:00 – 2:00 pm Lunch, Walk & Talk
2:00 – 5:30 pm Afternoon program (includes knowledge videos and discussion as well as afternoon TM program)

Course fee:
$108 plus tax
The course fee includes the full day of TM and knowledge plus lunch.
Transportation:
There is a bus going along Burnhamthorpe to Central Parkway W, and we are also right across from the Erindale GO, but there is limited service on Saturdays.
Parking:
There is a parking lot with paid parking – purchase a ticket at the machine.
What to wear:
Please bring with you indoor and outdoor clothing.
Indoor – casual stretchy/comfy clothing, so it’s easy to practice the asanas ( yoga exercises).
Outdoor – warm clothing suitable for walking outside.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket to lie on; otherwise, you’ll be on the bare carpet.
Yoga Asanas:
We strongly encourage you to watch a Maharishi Yoga Asanas demonstration before the start of the retreat. For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your hosting teachers.
