With TM Teacher James Hea.

In the Vedic Tradition, the source of knowledge for Transcendental Meditation, the full moon of July is celebrated as Guru Purnima — the day of the Guru.

On this day, the teachers of the tradition are honoured and celebrated for maintaining the purity of the teaching throughout time immemorial. The goal of the teaching is to develop fullness in life. In the TM organization we especially pay homage to Guru Dev, Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, Maharishi’s teacher, inspiration, and guiding light for the revival of the Vedic Tradition.

This year Guru Purnima falls on Sunday, July 10 and during our session this May we’ll present rare audio excerpts and photographs of Maharishi talking about Guru Dev to give you a greater appreciation of the day’s significance.

Begins with a 20-minute group TM.
