The Consciousness Advisor Programme with Special Guest James Hea
Tue, March 17 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm EDT
With TM Teacher John Cowhig and Special Guest James Hea
Simple tools to deepen your TM practice and progress more quickly: The Consciousness Advisor Program
The Consciousness Advisor Programme provides tools to support the practice of TM, helping individuals cultivate better habits, including regular exercise and healthy eating. Making such lifestyle changes is often a struggle because of subconscious barriers such as emotional triggers, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, or lack of self-confidence. These underlying obstacles often lead to the reemergence of old patterns.
This programme uses special technologies and the SuperHabits system to work on those deeper layers first, creating a sustainable foundation for healthier living. Consciousness Advisors guide participants step by step to clarify:
- Who they are now
- Where their true self wants to go
- How to bridge that gap.
Recognizing that different approaches may be necessary at different times, Maharishi has curated over 60 strategies to aid in consciousness development. This holistic approach integrates modern medical insights with traditional Ayurvedic practices, promoting improved health, increased energy, and enhanced efficiency. The programme utilizes many time-tested technologies, including herbs, massage, sound therapies, and light therapies.
Our guest speaker, James Hea, has an MBA in Global Leadership, Cultural Intelligence, and neuroscience. He has lived and worked around the world, both as a businessman and TM teacher, and currently serves as the national director of Canada’s Consciousness Advisor Programme.
On Tuesday, James will share insights from his travels and experiences that show how we can speed up our consciousness journey with tools that enrich our inner and outer life.
