In this session, Bob Roth and Mario Orsatti discuss how maintaining calmness in the face of pressure allows for maximum progress in life. They discuss the concepts of calm, pressure, and progress as it relates to the significant neurophysiological and psychological improvements gained through the regular practice of TM. 

They will comment on a video where Maharishi gives his insight that for maximum progress in our life, dynamic activity supported by silence is required — not passive calmness. The silence regularly experienced through TM creates a change in neurophysiological functioning over time that transforms pressure into progress.

A live discussion and Q&A with certified TM teachers will follow the pre-recorded video presentation.
