Many of us overeat during the holidays and then decide to look at our diet more closely, to eat more healthily in the New Year.

What can we do through diet and nutrition to maintain good health and prevent disease?

In this recorded presentation, Dr Karin Pirc and Dr Keith Wallace explore the critical roles of diet and digestion as seen through the lens of Maharishi Ayurveda.

They will reveal how different foods interact with our unique physiology, particularly in relation to our doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha).

They will also provide practical recommendations tailored to nurturing health and elevating overall well-being, guided by the principles of Ayurveda.
