The group meditation begins promptly at 5:30 pm, along with participants from our preceding TM Essentials class.

These sessions are a great opportunity to connect with our local community, enjoy some tea and refreshments, and participant in interesting knowledge discussions.

Have you ever wondered what the training is like to become a Teacher of Transcendental Meditation? Come join us for a group meditation and knowledge session at the Toronto TM Centre on July 7th where Ashia Fredeen, Canada’s newest TM Teacher, shares her experiences from her five month Teacher Training Course in Thailand.

Ashia will talk about how her experiences in her TM practice led her to becoming a TM Teacher, which includes her time as a student at Maharishi International University in Fairfield, Iowa. She’ll also share some pictures and stories from her Teacher Training Course in Thailand and talk about how becoming a TM Teacher is one of the best ways to accelerate your own personal growth of Consciousness.

Group Meditation starts at 5:30PM with the knowledge session starting at 6:00PM.
