Join us for a one-of-a-kind fundraiser event featuring an eclectic mix of original songs and stories brought to life with vibrant, multi-layered videos. Trains, clipper ships, legendary highways, mountains and oceans, New York’s Greenwich Village, strangers knocking at your door, angels, saints and more – the stuff of myths and legends.

Wayne Melvin, TM Teacher, historian, and master storyteller wrote the lyrics for the songs. Lloyd Litke, his long-time friend, and professional musician composed the music and sings and plays the songs. Wayne and Joan Melvin, his sister, use her powerful photographs, antique postcards and other historical images, and various other visual media to create multi-layered videos to accompany the music. Wayne will introduce the songs/videos and give some commentary to each of them, as well as answer your questions and trade stories.

This event is a fundraiser for our local nonprofit, Permanent Peace Society, which supports the functions of the Vancouver TM Centre. Come show your support for a great cause and make a difference in promoting peace and harmony in our community. Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family!
