Elevate your meditation with the Advanced Techniques Program. The Advanced Techniques enhance and amplify the benefits of your TM practice, enriching not just your meditation but also your sleep, actions, and your connection with the world.

Through the practice of Transcendental Meditation, you become familiar with the experience of pure consciousness. With the Advanced Techniques, you can go even further, experiencing finer levels of thought and perception. As a result, your perception becomes more enriched and your thoughts and actions become more powerful, leading to greater fulfillment of your desires in daily life.

Our comprehensive one-year program includes all four individual TM Advanced Technique courses.

You can apply to learn each Advanced Technique after at least two months of regular TM practice. We recommend learning an Advanced Technique once every three months over a year, allowing a few months between each learning session to stabilize and integrate the technique into your practice. However, we understand that personal circumstances may require a more extended learning period.

Lifetime support, checkings, and refresher sessions are also included with the program, ensuring that you have all the resources you need to maximize your experience.

Advanced Techniques are typically priced at $1,400 each, but enrolling in the one-year program allows you to take all four Advanced Techniques for $2,696 — less than half the cost of four separate courses. And to make it even easier, you can make the initial enrolment payment of $1,400 and pay the balance over the following 12 months for $108/month.

Advanced Technique courses are typically offered every four months in each centre by one of our certified Advanced Technique instructors, Dianne Field, David Shaw, and Chelsea McCooey.

When you enrol in the One-Year Advanced Techniques Program, you can learn Advanced Techniques in any Canadian TM centres with scheduled courses.

The best way to learn more about the Advanced Techniques program is by attending an Advanced Techniques Orientation hosted by a certified Advanced Techniques instructor. Orientations are open to all TM practitioners, and there’s no commitment to sign up for the course.
