Maharishi Yoga Asanas Instruction

Learn Maharishi Yoga Asanas and Pranayama to promote the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Designed to be practiced before your Transcendental Meditation, Yoga Asanas are a gentle series of postures to complement your meditation. They help to remove stress, strengthen flexibility, improve health, and prepare your body for TM.
Pranayama, a breathing exercise, helps to settle the body and mind for an even deeper TM experience.
In this class you will learn:
- Maharishi Yoga Asana postures
- Pranayama, deep breathing exercises
- How to integrate Asanas and Pranayama into your daily routine
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, this class will give you the instruction you need to add the Maharishi Yoga Asanas to your TM routine.
Requirements:
- Instruction in Transcendental Meditation
- Comfortable sports or yoga clothes
- A yoga mat or thick blanket
- A settled environment
This 1-hour class will be followed by a 20-minute online group TM
