Intended for new meditators, but open to everyone, this meeting is to help support you with your regular TM practice. We will play a video of Dr. Tony Nader, head of the global TM organization, sharing five “hacks” you can use to maintain twice-daily practice and also reasons why that is a good idea. A “My TM Habit Worksheet” will be available to all who attend.

Includes a 20 minute group meditation.
